TERMS OF SERVICE

1) The client is welcome to re-post the commissioned artwork to galleries and other websites as long as appropriate credit is given. The client is also within their right to use commissioned artwork for icons, site graphics, etc.
2) I will always ask permission before posting a client's commissioned original character artwork to a gallery. In this case the client is within their right to refuse.
3) I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, such as inappropriate content.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

1) All prices are in listed in American USD and British GBP.
2) All money commissions are to be paid for via Paypal.
3) Pricing of additional features (backgrounds, props, weapons, for example), details and other types of style are all negotiable depending on what the client would like.
4) Half the payment will be due after receiving the initial sketch. The sketch will confirm the client is happy with the commission thus far. After the piece is finished the client shall receive a watermarked image, and the rest of the payment will be taken then. After full payment is received the client shall be sent their final image.

STATUS REPORTS

1) I shall keep the client up to date on the status of their commissions through weekly progress reports.
2) The client is within their right to inquire on how a commission is coming along at any time.
3) I may complete smaller commissions faster than larger commissions, although I will still be working on the larger one at the same time.
